We are privileged to have been awarded with the Contract for the Management, Operation and Maintenance of Sittwe Port Terminal and Paletwa IWT Terminal by the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of the Republic of India. Our firm, at this port, is entrusted with the responsibility of carrying out the routine preventive as well as comprehensive maintenance of the Port’s Equipment’s and Civil Structures, along with undertaking and facilitating Cargo Operations and all related ancillary activities at the above mentioned Port Terminals for a period of 3+2 years. We were also awarded the Maintenance, Operations and Management contract for the Port of Chabahar, Iran by Ministry of Shipping, Government of the Republic of India, in association with Kaveh Port and Marine Solutions, Iran. 

For expedited and uninterrupted rake movement Handling of rakes is done with world class infrastructure and other modern material handling equipment. We assure rake supply through dedicated rakes for various clients to address their supply chain requirements and cost savings to end clients in the form of reduced demurrage charges (vessel/rake). Our newest venture in terminal management is shipyard management. Maldar Shipyard is a renowned name in the industry of shipbuilding, repairing and maintenance business.  Located at Ulwe, Navi Mumbai, a prime location, the Shipyard can take for repairs vessels of the length of 100 mtrs, breadth of 25 mtrs and height of any size.  At one time the Yard can accommodate 6 vessels on the land area and 2 vessels in the wet basin.   With the available draft the Yard can take for repairs vessels up to 10000 GRT. We are the only shipyard in Mumbai using Rubber Balloons for hauling/launching of the vessel. The Yard has adequate number of Rubber Balloons which help in smooth operation with no damage to the bottom of the vessels. The Yard has undertaken repairs and new construction of several barges, tugs, launches, navy pontoons, Jack up, passenger vessels, etc. and is ready and fully equipped to undertake jobs meeting with IRS standards. The Yard has qualified technical personnel and has sub-contractors meeting the standards of the IRS.   

Focused on keeping equipment running as efficiently as possible minimizing the amount of capital blocked in inventory while ensuring the timely availability of spare parts and equipment striking a balance between carrying costs and spare parts availability, performance, and reliability. Land Marine has been delivering its services successfully  towards erection, commissioning, operation, maintenance, refurbishment, automation, warranty support, supply of genuine spare parts to the equipment used  to handle vessels all over the globe. Along with RTGCs and RMQCs, we also specialize in the erection, commissioning, repairs, and maintenance of all kinds of Heavy/Light Equipment used at Ports. (Spreader, Hydra, Forklift, Farana, Telescopic Cranes, etc.)

Our operation aims to avoid failures by analysing the best actions to take, thereby developing tailor-made maintenance strategies, depending on what best suits the particular equipment. 

We had procured 4 Diesel Electric WDM3 A  3100 HP locomotives and after POH from Indian Railways and taking full load trial i.e. 59 loaded wagons, transported to various sites. These locomotives are operated through experts of retired Indian railways (Team of ten personnel). All spare parts are in our scope, whereas, all consumables are in client scope. We assure 87% availability of these locomotives. Our organization offers Preventive as well as comprehensive maintenance packages which include spares, lubricants, etc. At present our Locomotives are successfully being operated and maintained by our team at ACC Wadi (Karnataka), ACC Kymore (Madhya Pradesh), ACC Sindri (Jharkhand) and Adani Tiroda (Maharashtra) sidings.

We are involved in dredging and land reclamation projects offering customers innovative solutions for even the most complex projects and challenging environments. Operating the most technologically advanced fleet we have executed major marine engineering infrastructure works such as the development of new ports, waterways and industrial areas. We seek to minimise the environmental impact of any maintenance dredging project and always carry out our activities in respect of the environment, reducing overflow and limiting turbidity. Our smart dredging techniques support the natural processes and use the advanced dynamics to maintain accessibility. We are continually looking at ways in which we can improve our dredging vessels to limit turbidity, reduce overflow and ultimately, increase productivity.
